NHIndustries, the Prime Contractor for the quadrinational NH90 Helicopter Programme (launched by France, Italy, Germany and The Netherlands), has just received the ISO 9001 certification by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI).
NHIndustries, established in 1992 by the 4 Companies sharing the D&D of the NH90 Programme (AGUSTA - Italy 28.2%, EUROCOPTER - France 41.6%, EUROCOPTER DEUTSCHLAND 23.7%, FOKKER AVIATION - The Netherlands 6.5%), ensures the industrial programme management of the NH90 helicopters.
The certification is the recognition , after an in depth evaluation by BVQI auditors, covering the organisational structure, responsibilities, procedures, processes and resources that the NHIndustries Quality System, is compliant with the ISO 9001 requirements for the “Prime Contractorship and Management of International Aeronautical Programmes”.
BVQI is accredited in France by COFRAC, the French Committee for Accreditation, for all sectors of activity and for all Countries.
NHIndustries is the first Company in Europe certified ISO 9001 for the Programme Management of International Aeronautical Projects: an award to the day by day management effort to get the important achievements obtained in the development of the NH90 Helicopter Programme.
