The New Zealand Minister of Defence, Hon. Mark Burton, announced the selection of NHIndustries’ NH90 helicopter as a replacement helicopter for the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

NHIndustries and its Partner Companies, AgustaWestland – Eurocopter – Stork Fokker, are proud to announce that the first Swedish Armed Forces serial production NH90 took to the air today at the Eurocopter Marignane facility in France.

PAOLO REVELLI-BEAUMONT APPOINTED DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER OF NHINDUSTRIES

Paolo Revelli-Beaumont, aged 54, has been appointed Deputy General Manager of NHIndustries since the 3rd of January 2005.Formerly Commercial Director of the ATR Company in Toulouse, he replaced Domenico Vaccari who moved to new job on the NH90 Programme in AgustaWestland.NHIndustries, owned by Agusta, Eurocopter, and Stork Fokker, is the prime contractor for Design and Development, Industrialisation, Production and Logistic Support of the NH90 helicopter in all variants. The NH90 order backlog figures today 345 firm orders and 86 units in option.

NHIndustries is proud to announce the first flight of two production NH90 helicopters happened in the same day:
- the first Italian Army NH90-TTH and
- the first Finnish Defence Forces NH90-TTT.

The Australian Government Prime Minister John Howard and Defence Minister Robert Hill confirmed order for 12 NH90 helicopters for Army.

MAJOR DEFENCE CONTRACT IN THE SULTANATE OF OMAN NEW SUCCESS FOR THE NH90 HELICOPTER

The Sultanate of Oman has confirmed the acquisition of 20 NH90 TTH battlefield helicopters. The contract has been signed on 24th July 2004 in Muscat by the Minister Responsible for Defence Affairs and the General Manager of NHIndustries (the company owned by Eurocopter (62,5%), Agusta (32%) and Stork Fokker (5,5%)).

NHIndustries is pleased to announce that yesterday, on the 11th of May at ILA Berlin Airshow 2004 the Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) contract for Germany has been signed by the NAHEMA General Manager General P. Finocchio and the NHI General Manager G. Maitrepierre.

FIRST SERIAL NH90

NHIndustries and its partners companies, Eurocopter, Agusta and Stork Fokker are proud to announce that the first serial NH90 helicopter to come off the Eurocopter production line in Germany, is publicly presented today at the ILA Berlin Air Show. The aircraft performed its maiden flight on 4th May, at the Donauwörth Eurocopter facility in Germany. In the expert hands of Flight Test Pilots Herbert Graser, Manfred Kuck and Flight Test Engineer Laurent Palcy, the aircraft designated "TGEA01" flew 2 hours and 5 minutes, thus demonstrating the high degree of proficiency and mastery of the NH90 programme.
