About NHIndustries

NHIndustries (NHI) is the prime contractor for Design & Development, Industrialization, Production and Logistic Support of the NH90 Helicopter in all variants.

NHIndustries was established in 1992 by the four Partner Companies sharing the Development, Production and In Service Support of the NH90 Programme: AGUSTA WESTLAND (Italy) 32.00% (a Finmeccanica Company), EUROCOPTER (France) 31.25%, EUROCOPTER DEUTSCHLAND (Germany) 31.25% (both belonging to EADS Group) and STORK FOKKER AEROSPACE (The Netherlands) 5.50%.

Since October 2008 NHIndustries is incorporated as a SAS (Société par actions simplifiée).

NHIndustries ensures the NH90 programme management and is responsible for the Marketing and Sales of the NH90 Helicopter and its derivatives on the Export Market. NHindustries signs all commercial proposals and contracts including customizations as well as associated services; is responsible for and sub-contracts the global industrial performance to its Partner Companies.

NHIndustries is the interface for NH90 Customers.
The NHIndustries responsibilities are duly supported by the joint guarantee signed by the Partner Companies.
