THE AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE FORCE RECEIVES ITS FIRST MRH90

NHIndustries is proud to announce that the Commonwealth of Australia took delivery of its first two MRH90 Multi Role helicopters. These helicopters which have been officially delivered today by Australian Aerospace to the Defence Materiel Organization (DMO) have been assembled in Marignane (France) by Eurocopter and delivered last month to Australian Aerospace (Brisbane).
68 NH90 FOR FRANCE

French DGA (Délégation Générale pour l’Armement) has ordered today 68 new generation NH90 TTH helicopters for the French Army Aviation (ALAT). The contract signed between NAHEMA (NATO Helicopter Management Agency), on behalf of French DGA, and NHIndustries mentions a first firm order of 12 NH90 with 56 additional options.
FIRST FLIGHT OF ROYAL NETHERLANDS NAVY NH90 NFH

NHIndustries on behalf of AgustaWestland, a Finmeccanica Company, announces that the first serial production NH90 for the Royal Netherlands Navy performed the maiden flight on Friday 10th August at AgustaWestland’s Vergiate facility in Italy. The helicopter (NNLN001) took off at 14.45 h and the flight duration was of about 20 minutes. In flight preliminary checks fulfilled all expectations. Operational Representatives of the Dutch Customer joined the event.

NAHEMA SIGNS CONTRACT FOR 10 NH90 HELICOPTERS FOR BELGIUM

NHIndustries is very pleased to announce that following a formal decision by Belgium to acquire NH90 helicopters taken on 27 April 2007, NAHEMA signed yesterday afternoon the purchase contract for 10 NH90 helicopters for Belgium at the Cercle Militaire Saint-Augustin in Paris, during the Paris Air Show 2007.
42 ADDITIONAL NH90 CONFIRMED BY GERMANY

Germany has signed a formal order for 42 additional NH90 helicopters. 30 of these helicopters will be operated by the German Army Aviation and 12 by the German Air Force. These aircraft are in addition to the initial batch of 80 NH90 ordered in June 2000.

This flight lasted about 25 minutes away from the airfield.
